Customized Designs
In a nutshell, we approach workshop design or instructional design for learning in a systematic, step by step approach. It is a process that starts with analysis of learning needs and goals and ends with a product (a course) that meets individual and organizational learning needs. LearnSmith can design instruction in fully face-to-face and fully online environments, or environments that are the best of both - a hybrid.
